CEO – Yusif Kamalli

Experienced Fuel Trader & Compliance Expert

A results-driven professional with over 6 years of extensive experience in fuel trading, specializing in petroleum products. Beyond trading acumen, Yusif is a seasoned AML and KYC specialist, ensuring stringent regulatory compliance and mitigating financial crime risks. His background also includes expertise in Electronic Money Institutions (EMI), which allows him to operate effectively within the evolving landscape of digital finance and cross-border transactions. With an MBA under his belt, Yusif brings a strategic and comprehensive approach to every aspect of his work.

Core Competencies:

  • Petroleum Product Trading: Proficient in trading crude oil and refined products such as gasoline, diesel, and jet fuel. Skilled at fostering strong client relationships within the energy sector.

  • AML & KYC Compliance: In-depth knowledge of international regulations, client due diligence, and risk mitigation strategies.

COO – Paul Brindley

Energy policy advisor to the German government with extensive and diverse experience in the energy sector. Has also provided expert advisory services to the UK government on a wide range of energy policy matters. Possesses over 40 years of comprehensive experience working in the oil industry with major global companies including BP, Shell, Foster Wheeler, Babcock & Wilcox, United Kingdom Atomic Energy Authority, ESCOM, and National Nuclear Corporation. Demonstrates a deep and thorough understanding of both traditional fossil fuel and nuclear energy sectors, consistently contributing valuable insights and strategic guidance to government policy formation and industry developments.

CTO – Arthur Delargy

30 years of experience working in the oil industry. Arthur is a Process/Field Development engineer by
background with over 30 years experience on projects from concept stage to detailed design. Arthur has
worked in the UK and overseas and his project experience includes the US, UK, Norway, Africa, Caribbean,
Middle East and the Caspian Sea. Arthur spent 18 years as an independent consultant, supporting a number of
E&P companies in Owners Engineer/ Field Development roles in both Upstream and LNG projects. His project
experience has a special focus on unmanned and remote operations including developing and implementing
work process and supporting software applications (some of which are unique in the industry) from early stage
feasibiity to facility operation. He has recently moved into a new role in Energy Insurance as the SME for New
Energies, Hydrogen and CCUS.

Co-Founder & Investor - Adam Bawany

20 years of experience in asset development and management. Including hi-end central London property development, relationship management in financial services within the EMEA region, exploring and mining for precious metals. 

Adam has also established a high-end, bespoke transport, logistics and concierge service catering to ultra-high-net-worth individuals, diplomats, and executives in London, where his executive team look after day-to-day operations, client relations, and strategic partnerships.

Dr. Javid Mursalov- Director of Strategic Development

Dr. Javid Mursalov plays a pivotal role in defining the strategic direction of Stratos NRG Limited. His focus on long-term growth, market positioning, and partner acquisition drives the company’s expansion and competitive edge. He manages high-impact deals and develops the structural frameworks essential for scalable energy trading operations. Leveraging his diverse background and results-oriented approach, Dr. Mursalov effectively bridges commercial ambitions with practical execution.
